Delivery Details

Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days.
Orders are delivered through the courier companies with which the seller has a contract, in exchange for a delivery fee.
The shipping cost is calculated automatically on the checkout page, based on the delivery address entered by the customer.

The delivery time of an order depends solely on how the courier company organizes its activity. Normally, orders are delivered within 24–48 hours from the moment they are handed over to the courier, except in cases where delays occur due to external factors: weather conditions, natural disasters, traffic incidents, public events, strikes, public holidays, periods with a high volume of parcels, or any other exceptional situations that may prevent delivery within the 24–48 hour timeframe.

Tracking Your Parcel

After your order is shipped, you will receive an AWB number, which you can use to track the parcel at any time on the courier’s website.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate and complete. An incorrect or incomplete address may delay the delivery or result in additional charges.

The seller is not responsible for damages caused by delayed delivery, as from the moment the parcel is handed over to the courier, the responsibility for delivery lies solely with the courier company. Therefore, the seller will not pay compensation for delayed deliveries.
